What Happens When You Cancel

Immediate:

Grace Period

If you have >20 notes when downgrading:

• 30-day grace period to export or delete notes
• Read-only access to excess notes
• Can upgrade anytime to restore full access

Refund Policy

• 7-day trial: Cancel anytime, no charge
• Monthly: No refunds, but access until period ends
• Annual: Prorated refund within 30 days
